Towards Achieving Electronic Human Resource Management: Challenges Facing Public Enterprises in Adopting Technology

This study examined the challenges that are faced by South African public enterprises in implementing digitalization Human Resource Management (HRM) department. A qualitative research approach was used with data obtained using structured interviews from a enterprise, and Practitioners were to conduct this study. Purposive non-probability sampling applied engaging 15 participants corporation analyzed thematic analysis. The revealed HRM departments do not entirely make use of technology their operations. inability is due lack in-house digital training, organization’s quickly swiftly respond environmental changes bureaucratic structure. It therefore recommended entities embark on extensive employee training implementation effective internal systems for organizational effectiveness.
